I’m Glenda Lewis, a Chief Financial Officer turned Leadership Specialist with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Over the years, I’ve worked with countless business owners who felt overwhelmed by their finances and leadership challenges. I realized their struggles weren’t just about cash flow or team performance—they lacked the systems to manage both effectively.
That’s why I bring together two critical disciplines: financial clarity and leadership strategy.
I’m a Chartered Accountant dually certified in New Zealand and Canada and hold degrees in both Commerce and Science. My post graduate training was at Harvard Business School specialising in driving business performance and financial valuation. I also subsequently completed their executive coaching training program, and since have become Conversant trained on high-performance conversation. So, Finance, people and systems are my speciality!
At 27, I became the youngest CFO in Canada (of the largest staffing company), so growth – personal and professional is my passion! Since then, I have taken on many CFO, COO and CEO roles, and have grown and turned around over 23 different companies (plus two of my own).
So, all this to say I am highly trained, specialised in maximising business for success. My strength lies in my ability to dive deep into numbers and operations and quickly distil the actions that need to be taken to drive businesses towards growth.
