A few weeks ago, I stepped out of client sessions & into my own business.
Annual Planning & a Quarterly for two companies.
The same discipline I ask clients to follow, I run myself.
Because clarity doesn’t magically appear as businesses grow. It has to be designed.
So whenever I step into my own planning days, I’m reminded how quickly things drift if structure isn’t crystal clear.
Even good teams, with good intentions, can start overlapping, stepping on each other’s toes, or quietly waiting for someone else to decide.
Which is exactly why one of the first things I do with new clients is ask for their org chart.
