I founded Your VA back in 1994, the first VA in New Zealand and subsequently the first to move to a team model. More recently we’re the first to introduce Virtual Business Managers to business owners here in NZ.

So proud to be trailblazers for the virtual business support industry in this part of the world.

My journey started with the birth of our daughter. Having grown up with a stay-at-home Mum, Rick and I wanted the same for Tara. That didn’t happen straight away, I worked while I grew this business in both part and full-time roles. I’m proud to say I achieved the goal of building a sustainable business, helping business owners get their sanity back. Overnight success, nope. But what success really does happen overnight!

Over the years, we’ve worked with hundreds of businesses across the world. We’ve also made more than our fair share of mistakes! We bring that experience, our systems, and skills as a collective, to help our clients achieve their own goals. And avoid the mistakes we’ve learned from!
