Over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I built up experience in sales, marketing, business consultancy and leadership. Although working for a corporate, our clients were always small to medium sized businesses.

Whether it be in Sales, Marketing or Leadership, I realised that success was driven my building effective relationships with others and this was best achieved by making them feel valued and understood.

In 2020, I launched The Colour Code, using a globally recognised diagnostic. I help team understand themselves and others, so they can build strong teams, stronger leadership and stronger client relations.
