I founded The Save Group in 2020 to provide tailored HR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
With over 15+ years of experience in global HR roles across industries like mining and manufacturing, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when it comes to managing people.
My entrepreneurial journey started with co-founding Hot Lips Hacienda, an award-winning Mexican restaurant, which I successfully ran for 4.5 years. That experience, combined with my corporate HR background, fuelled my passion for helping SMEs overcome their HR hurdles.
At The Save Group, we’ve pioneered a flexible ‘pay-as-you-go’ model, making professional HR support accessible and affordable for businesses that don’t need full-time HR staff.
