Harrowfield People Development is a strategic learning agency. Specialising in people skills for the workplace, we use the lens of organisational psychology to help leaders who are unsure how to grow them selves and people they want to hold on to.
Lots of our work is in-depth, 1-1 and strategic. Each engagement is always a unique combo of training, coaching and assessment to create self awareness and unlock new ways of thinking, communicating and behaving in the workplace.
