With over 30 years business experience in global corporate; as a business owner of several businesses; and a digital entrepreneur, I bring all of this front-facing professional experience together when I work with my clients, who are senior corporate leaders, business owners, or entrepreneurs.

My academic qualifications include a business degree in marketing, post grad psychology diploma, and an ICF recognised corporate leadership coaching certification in the US.

Being solutions & results focused, I’m recognised for being able to elicit the best from my clients in a way that recognises who they uniquely are.

Clients like to work with me because of my innate ability to get to the truth of a situation, building an immediate connection with people.  Creating clarity and a path forward for my clients with empathy whilst maintaining focus on achieving the desired results in a way that is authentic.

I also know first hand the complexities of balancing being a leader in your business, and facing challenges in your personal life, having both taken on a front line caregiving role when I moved back to New Zealand, and most recently surviving breast cancer after 13 months of active treatment.

As well as working one to one, I offer customised training programs for key employees catering to your business’s needs. My style is interactive, energised, and fun with depth, leading to concrete output.

I’ve written two books: ‘The Power of You’, and ‘Finding Sprinkles of Joy When Fed A Shit Sandwich’, e-books, a monthly newsletter, and am skilled at content and copywriting.  I’ve spoken on stages around the globe on professional development topics such as Authentic Leadership; Managing with a Coach Approach; Digital Marketing; as well as speaking openly about surviving Breast Cancer.

In my personal life I am a lover of my family, friends, and all animals, French champagne, sailing, yoga and walking.
